Whether you prefer shared accommodation options, hotels or self-catering private apartments and residences – we offer many options.
MONTHLY GUESTS :
Pay monthly in advance. Deposits required on monthly’s. Pay each month in advance.
Stay for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or longer.. renew your contract every 3 months as per temporary accommodation agreement. If you are dissatisfied with your monthly residence– utilise our TRIAL PERIOD. Compatibility is important when it comes to longer staying guests.

We charge a ONCE-OFF booking/admin fee of 10% per stay – or 10% of Monthly rate
