The apartment comprises of 5 bedrooms, but the host prefers only having 3 booked at a time. He loves to surf, make music and ride motorcycles. Please do tell us a about yourself on application so we can ensure everyone gets along.
The shared amenities include an open plan kitchen, living area complete with a large dinning table, cabinet, couches and a coffee table. There is no TV but who needs it with those views?
Refundable Breakage deposit:
– 1 month stay – 50% of 1x months rent
– longer than 1 month – 1x months rent
